Film-forming, non-drying products that form a thin film which can be removed using standard solvents.
Neutralises corrosion caused by fingerprints.

 

PROTECT FL 200 : colorless, penetrating fluid for parts with complex geometries.

Fine, mist-free spray.

FL 200 VISUPROTECT (NEW) : red-coloured, penetrating fluid that is visible when applied, for complex parts.
Long-lasting protection for injection moulds. Fine, mist-free spray.

 

Applications : to protect moulds, tools and press tools before storage or return to service.

  

 

DESCRIPTION
PROTECT FL 200

Clean, colorless, not fat, this product is guaranteed free from silicone and ortho-phosphoric acid. It does not contain chlorinated solvents.

It protects effectively from corrosion and leaves a no fatty, non siccative film. Eliminates light or heavy hydrocarbons, avoids flashing, does not resinify.

Stable product with a remarkable surface tension.

Completely colorless, it improves working conditions. No photochemical reactivity.

Does not irritate.

Water repellent, usable on wet surfaces. Low vapor pressure, at maximal temperature use.

Compatible with all plastic materials and elastomers, does not damage paintings.

Recommended after metal forming with soluble oils.

Avoids spot problems due to the acidity of hands.

FL 200 VISUPROTECT (NEW)

Red-coloured temporary anti-corrosion fluid for steel and aluminium.
Penetrating, designed for moulds with complex geometries.
Visible when applied, long-lasting protection.
Return to service without degreasing, with little residue.
Fine, mist-free spray.

APPLICATION METHOD

Shake the can.

Spray on clean surfaces, at room temperature to about 25 cm surface to be treated.

Aerosol used in all positions.
